**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision & Team Management**:

- Lead and guide maintenance technicians, fitters, and electricians.
- Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure safety compliance.
- **Equipment Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures.
- **Workplace Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- **Inventory & Spare Parts Management**:

- Maintain stock of critical spare parts and order replacements as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment servicing.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and compliance records.
- Analyze maintenance data to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- **Cost Optimization & Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for cost reduction in maintenance operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance equipment lifespan and performance.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
