Job Summary:
The Factory Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Production Oversight:
Coordinate and supervise all manufacturing activities to achieve production goals and quality standards.

Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet customer demands.

Implement and enforce production procedures to optimize efficiency.

Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Ensure a positive and collaborative working environment.

Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality FMCG products.

Conduct regular inspections and address any deviations from quality standards.

Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment.

Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the production team.

Equipment Maintenance:
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that production equipment is well-maintained and in optimal working condition.

Schedule routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.

Implement efficient inventory control measures.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

Collaborate with the management team to implement changes that optimize production processes.

Reporting:
Generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.

Provide updates to upper management on production status and challenges.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Operations Management, etc.).

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in FMCG manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of production processes and Advanced MS Excel

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
