**Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- **Supervisory Duties**:

- Oversee and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the factory.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor the performance of housekeeping personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure high cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Ensure all factory areas, including production floors, offices, washrooms, break rooms, and storage areas, are kept clean and sanitary.
- Manage deep cleaning schedules for machinery, equipment, and hard-to-reach areas to prevent contamination.
- Ensure proper handling, usage, and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain and monitor an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and replenishment of cleaning materials.
- Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Prepare and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning around production activities to minimize disruption.
- Plan and organize deep cleaning during non-production hours or downtime.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and inventory levels.
- Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping activities, inventory usage, and staff performance to management.
- Handle any administrative tasks related to housekeeping operations, such as shift changes, leave requests, and incident reporting.

**Experience**:

- housing keeping supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
