**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estate Supervisor at Ccse Sahkari Awas Samiti Limited, located in Noida. The Estate Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the estate, including ensuring maintenance, security, and cleanliness of all facilities. Additional responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with vendors, supervising construction projects, and handling any resident complaints or issues that arise. The Estate Supervisor will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**
- Facility Management, Maintenance, and Project Supervision skills
- Experience in staff management and coordinating with external vendors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.93 - ₹30,000.00 per month
