As a Civil Supervisor at SKA Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the execution of civil construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities comply with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. The Civil Supervisor will work closely with the project team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budget constraints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate project specifications.
- **Construction Oversight**:

- Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- **Contractor Management**:

- Evaluate and select contractors based on their expertise, experience, and track record.
- Provide clear instructions to contractors, address queries, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure construction work meets the required standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce and promote safety guidelines on construction sites.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure that all personnel comply with safety protocols and regulations.
- **Material Management**:

- Oversee the procurement and delivery of construction materials.
- Monitor material usage and wastage to optimize resources and reduce costs.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records.
- Prepare reports for project managers and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve construction-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop solutions for unexpected challenges.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for project management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
