**Position**: Site Supervisor - Interiors & Finishing Works
**Location**: Noida - 150
**Experience**: 3-5

**Salary: 25-30**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Execution**: Supervise and manage the **interior finishing** works, including flooring, false ceilings, wall finishes, and joinery, painting, and MEP coordination.
- **Site Coordination**: Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of interior projects.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all finishing work meets the highest standards and adheres to approved designs and specifications.
- **Material Management**: Monitor the procurement, delivery, and installation of materials, ensuring the right quality and quantity.
- **Work Scheduling**: Prepare **work schedules** and ensure timely completion of finishing tasks as per project deadlines.
- **Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Address any technical or design issues that arise during the finishing phase.**:

- **Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and quality checklists. Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
- **Experience**: [4-6] years of experience in **interior fit-out and finishing works** in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishing techniques, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination in interior works.
- **Software Skills**: AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools.

Pay: ₹10,446.94 - ₹31,815.48 per month

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
