Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities at our project sites The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction excellent leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality This role is responsible for managing on-site operations ensuring project timelines are met and supervising site staff and subcontractors Key Responsibilities Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans specifications and safety regulations Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors laborers and equipment operators Ensure that materials tools and equipment are available and properly used Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment enforce health and safety protocols at all times Track project progress and prepare daily weekly reports for senior management Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays Liaise with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution Maintain accurate site records including work logs safety checklists and material deliveries Train and mentor junior staff and laborers as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor Foreman or similar role minimum 3-5 years In-depth understanding of construction procedures materials and project management principles Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of health and safety regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software e g Procore Buildertrend is a plus Certification in site safety first aid or OSHA training is desirable Education 12th Graduation diploma or equivalent required A degree or diploma in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred Working Conditions Full-time on-site role with extended hours and weekend work as required Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions Physical ability to stand walk climb and lift materials when necessary What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for career advancement Supportive and safety-focused work environment Training and development opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
