**Job Overview**:
The Civil Structure Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and maintenance of civil structures within real estate projects. This role involves supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and coordinating with contractors and project teams to deliver high-quality construction within timelines and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Supervisory and Management Duties**:

- Oversee the daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and performance.

**2. Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of construction plans.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Schedule and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project deadlines.

**3. Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of project progress, changes, and compliance reports.

**4. Health and Safety**:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for site personnel.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents on-site, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 year of experience in civil construction or related field (required).
- Strong knowledge of civil construction principles, materials, and methods.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
