Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Supervisor based in Noida. The Civil Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations, ensure quality control, and manage site activities. Key responsibilities include supervising construction crews, coordinating work schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills, including the ability to manage teams and coordinate tasks effectively
  • Site Supervision and On-Site construction management expertise
  • Quality Control experience to ensure adherence to project standards
  • Strong Communication skills for coordinating with teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Proficiency in construction safety protocols and regulations
  • Prior experience in civil engineering or construction projects is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
