The Civil Structure Supervisor oversees and manages the construction and maintenance of civil structures within real estate projects. This role involves supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and coordinating with contractors and project teams to deliver quality construction within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:1. Supervisory and Management Duties:

- Oversee the daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and performance.

2. Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of construction plans.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Schedule and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project deadlines.

3. Quality Control and Compliance:

- Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of project progress, changes, and compliance reports.

4. Health and Safety:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for site personnel.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents on-site, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
