**Job Title**: Civil Supervisor (Construction Site)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years (preferred)
**Industry**: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor construction activities and labor at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other departments
- Maintain daily site reports, labor attendance, and work progress
- Ensure materials and tools are used efficiently and without wastage
- Enforce safety measures and ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Report any delays or issues to the Project Engineer/Manager

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent field
- 2-5 years of experience in civil site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with safety standards and protocols

**Preferred**:

- Experience with residential/commercial building projects

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
