**PosiƟon Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor with a strong background in interior works to

interior civil works are executed efficiently, adhering to quality standards and project Ɵmelines.

**Key ResponsibiliƟes**
- Project Oversight: Supervise daily on-site interior civil acƟviƟes, ensuring compliance

with design specificaƟons and quality standards.
- Team CoordinaƟon: Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, arƟsans, and laborers

to ensure seamless workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspecƟons to ensure workmanship meets the

company's quality benchmarks.
- Material Management: Monitor and manage the procurement and usage of materials to

prevent wastage and ensure Ɵmely availability.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed on-site to maintain a

hazard-free environment.
- ReporƟng: Maintain detailed records of daily progress, challenges faced, and soluƟons

implemented, reporƟng to the Project Manager regularly.
- Client InteracƟon: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather

feedback, ensuring client saƟsfacƟon.

**QualificaƟons**
- EducaƟonal Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related

field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in civil supervision, with a focus on interior projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreƟng interior design drawings and

blueprints. Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
- SoŌ Skills: Strong leadership, communicaƟon, and problem-solving abiliƟes.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in hospitality or themed environments.
- Knowledge of tradiƟonal Rajasthani architectural elements.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project requirements

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
