Job Description: Site Supervisor - Civil Construction
**Industry**: Civil Construction (Colony Development, High-Rise Buildings, Commercial & Residential Projects)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee daily on-site construction activities for projects, including colony development, high-rise buildings (up to G+6+ floors), and commercial/residential structures.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per project plans, drawings, and timelines.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Interpret and implement construction drawings/maps accurately.
- Measure and verify dimensions, levels, and slab placements to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Inspect quality and proper usage of construction materials.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Collaborate effectively with contractors, engineers, architects, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to management.
- **Material Management**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory of materials required for construction.
- Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all construction work adheres to safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to mitigate risks and address issues promptly.
- **Problem-Solving & Reporting**:

- Resolve site-related issues efficiently, minimizing delays in project timelines.
- Prepare daily reports on site progress, workforce, material usage, and other activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role within civil construction.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of construction maps, dimensions, and structural elements like slabs.
- Familiarity with materials commonly used in civil construction (e.g., cement, steel, aggregates).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
- Strong coordination and team management abilities.

**Working Conditions**
- Work primarily on-site with flexibility as per project requirements.
- May involve long hours and weekend shifts depending on deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
