**Introduction**:
As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, within budget, and according to design specifications. Your role will involve managing site personnel, coordinating subcontractors, and communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

**Site Management**:

- Supervise all on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including manpower, equipment usage, and materials consumed.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor site personnel to promote a positive work environment and achieve project objectives.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear instructions to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Conduct regular meetings with site staff to review progress, address concerns, and provide feedback on performance.
- Promote adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality control measures.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders on site.
- Facilitate effective communication between site staff, project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Resolve conflicts and disputes in a timely and professional manner, seeking input from relevant parties as needed.
- Provide regular updates on project status, including progress reports, budget forecasts, and risk assessments.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet established standards.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to verify compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a civil site supervisor or similar role in construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
