The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that work is completed according to engineering designs, safety standards, and quality specifications. The role involves supervising construction teams, monitoring progress, and coordinating activities to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure all civil works (e.g., earthworks, concrete, foundations, roads, drainage, etc.) are executed in accordance with project specifications and drawings.
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision.
- Experience with managing construction teams and supervising civil works on large projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Familiarity with construction management software and project planning tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**: 3-6years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
