**Civil Site Supervisor for University**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Construction Oversight: Supervise all on-site construction activities, including but not limited to earthwork, concrete work, structural framing, MEP installations, and finishing works.

Quality Control: Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.

Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Material Management: Manage and track material deliveries, usage, and inventory to ensure timely availability and cost-effectiveness.

Problem Solving: Identify and address construction issues, delays, and conflicts in a proactive and timely manner to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.

Communication: Regularly communicate project status, issues, and updates to the project team and university management.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and legal requirements throughout the construction process.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role in construction projects, preferably in the educational sector.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Certification in construction management or relevant field is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
