Civil Site Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Site Supervision & Execution**:

- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is progressing as per the approved plans and schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and other site staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with architectural and structural drawings.

**2. Quality Control & Assurance**:

- Monitor workmanship and material quality to ensure adherence to project standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve any construction defects or issues.
- Maintain site reports, quality checklists, and progress documentation.

**3. Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers adhere to site safety protocols.
- Conduct safety briefings and risk assessments to minimize hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and legal regulations.

**4. Coordination & Communication**:

- Work closely with project engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve site-related issues.
- Report project status, delays, and challenges to the project manager.
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to avoid work delays.

**5. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and attendance of labor.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure efficient use of materials.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in site supervision (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and construction regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,350.78 - ₹25,000.00 per month
