**Job Summary**:
As a Construction Supervisor at Sarthak Constructions, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll act as the key liaison between project managers, engineers, and site workers to maintain workflow and safety compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations at the construction site.
- Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with building codes and legal requirements.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections and report issues or delays.
- Communicate regularly with the project manager on work progress, challenges, and resources needed.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and equipment usage.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supervising real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
- Proficient in MS Office and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project preferred).
