- Conducting regular inspections of the construction site to ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials to meet project specifications.
- Implementing and enforcing quality control measures.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensuring that all work on the construction site complies with safety regulations and standards.
- Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting safety meetings and training sessions for workers.
- **Resource Management**:

- Managing and coordinating the use of equipment, materials, and manpower on the construction site.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary materials.
