As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Interior Designer Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of interior design projects, including site visits, design development, and project execution.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that design concepts are successfully translated into real-world spaces.
- Supervise and lead on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address their questions and concerns.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and vendors as necessary.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design project management and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and design tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
