**Purpose of position**:
To assist senior maintenance supervisor in all maintenance activities and to perform day to day maintenance jobs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily hospital rounds to any breakage/ malfunction of the equipment/ systems.
- Perform timely preventive maintenance of all the equipment and systems. Maintain documentation of the same.
- Respond promptly to any maintenance complaints and ensure immediate repairs of the breakdown with special emphasis on departments/ systems like OT, ICU, medical gases
- Maintaining documentation of all the equipments and systems which includes down time of the equipment/ system, equipment history record, labelling of every equipment, expense on repairs etc.
- Maintain inventory of all the supplies of the department.
- Any other work as assigned by the superiors.

**Skills Required**:

- Possession of relevant technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent planning and leadership skills.
- Must possess clerical ability, an eye for detail and computer savvy.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different groups of people effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
