**Job Description: Production Incharge (Rubber Factory)**Overview:
The Production Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production process in a rubber factory. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling production activities to ensure efficient operations, quality output, and adherence to safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production Planning and Scheduling:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
** Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and tests to identify and rectify defects.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
** Team Management**:

- Lead and supervise a team of production workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
** Equipment and Machinery**:

- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Identify and implement improvements to production processes and equipment.
** Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
** Cost Control**:

- Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Implement measures to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
** Problem-Solving**:

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Analyze production problems and develop strategies for improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, or industrial) or a related field.
- Proven experience in production management within the rubber industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control techniques, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using production planning and scheduling software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Additional Considerations**:

- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
- Knowledge of specific rubber manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, extrusion) is advantageous.* A strong commitment to safety and quality is essential.

**Salary**:15,000 - 25,000 pm

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
