Allocate tasks to production teams and ensure efficient workflow. Monitor production progress against the schedule and identify potential bottlenecks. Quality Control: Implement strict quality control procedures throughout the production process. Inspect finished garments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Address quality issues promptly and take corrective actions. Team Management: Lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets. Provide training and development opportunities for workers. Manage employee performance and address any disciplinary issues. Cost Management: Monitor production costs and identify areas for cost reduction. Optimize material usage to minimize waste. Ensure efficient utilization of resources. Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot production problems that may arise during the manufacturing process. Implement solutions to address delays, equipment malfunctions, and material shortages. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular production reports on key metrics like output, quality, and efficiency. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly. Required skills for a garment production incharge: Technical knowledge: Understanding of garment manufacturing processes, sewing techniques, and different types of fabrics. Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Analytical skills: Data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and address production issues. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
