Key responsibilities of a garment production incharge: Production Planning and Scheduling: Create and manage detailed production schedules based on order requirements and deadlines. Allocate tasks to production teams and ensure efficient workflow. Monitor production progress against the schedule and identify potential bottlenecks. Quality Control: Implement strict quality control procedures throughout the production process. Inspect finished garments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Address quality issues promptly and take corrective actions. Team Management: Lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets. Provide training and development opportunities for workers. Manage employee performance and address any disciplinary issues. Cost Management: Monitor production costs and identify areas for cost reduction. Optimize material usage to minimize waste. Ensure efficient utilization of resources. Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot production problems that may arise during the manufacturing process. Implement solutions to address delays, equipment malfunctions, and material shortages. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular production reports on key metrics like output, quality, and efficiency. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly. Required skills for a garment production incharge: Technical knowledge: Understanding of garment manufacturing processes, sewing techniques, and different types of fabrics. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
