Production Incharge Job Description and KRA in Furniture Manufacturing

**Job Description**:
The Production Incharge is proficient designing new furniture & responsible for the production process, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards in furniture manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities (JD):
1. Production Planning: Plan and schedule production activities to meet Pending Order Deliveries,Customer demand and Delivery Schedule.

2. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

3. Team Management: Supervise and manage production staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

5. Inventory Management: Manage & Indent inventory of raw materials though sourcing team, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure production area is safe and compliant with regulatory requirements.

7. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

8. Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production operations.

9. Production Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports, Costing, including productivity, quality, and inventory data.

10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Result Areas (KRA):
1. Production Efficiency: Ensure efficient production operations, meeting production targets and Delivery schedule.

2. Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process, minimizing defects and rework.

3. Productivity and Cost Control: Optimize production processes to increase productivity and reduce costs, while maintaining quality standard

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
