**Key Deliverables of this role**

1. Responsible for smooth supervision of all production related activities in all sections of Power Transformers manufacturing.

2. Planning, organizing Schedules overseeing production process.

3. Technical procedures standards for carrying out operation maintenance of equipment's.

4. Inventory control and maintaining proper stock of raw packaging materials for ensuring that there is no loss of production time, for want of any of the materials.

5. Preventive Maintenance System and Adhering to preventive maintenance program to keep plant and machineries in healthy condition without breakdowns.

6. Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments.

7. Cost optimization within all plant operations.

**‘Must have’ functional competencies**
- Relevant experience in power transformer productions mainly in Main Assembly Line (CA, CCA, Tanking, Dispatch).
- Responsible for handling and monitoring all the Manufacturing Process of Plant.
- Establish operating budgets and production targets, monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and achieve volume, quality and manufacturing standards.
- Adhering to production plan and meeting stringent production targets. Set and monitor the performance of manufacturing unit against standards and targets in areas such as Operations, Cost control, Productivity, Safety and statutory compliance.

**Critical personality attributes**

Basic Intelligence, Fair communication skills in Hindi & English, basic computer knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
