Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Store Incharge
with 6–7 years of experience in managing store operations, inventory control, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure smooth functioning of store activities, material handling, and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updating in ERP/manual systems.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper documentation for inward/outward materials, GRN, issue slips, and stock registers.
  • Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and production departments for smooth material flow.
  • Monitor stock levels and raise indents for replenishment as required.
  • Implement FIFO/LIFO systems and maintain proper material storage and labeling.
  • Supervise store staff and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports related to stock movement and store performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements.

  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
