**Sales and Marketing**:Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate promotional activities and displays to attract customers.
Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies for improvement.

**Store Maintenance**:Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Oversee maintenance tasks and address any issues promptly.
Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions for repairs.

**Financial Management**:Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports.
Implement cost-saving measures where applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.
- Basic understanding of financial management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail.
