Maintain entry of Inward and Outward stock details, delivery challans etc as required

Arranging all stock in order and enter them in ZOHO Software/ ERP

Ensure timely ordering in coordination with purchase team.

Ensure material dispatch entries and material received is maintained perfectly.

Ensure the Delivery team is utilized properly for loading, dispatch and transport of material to other locations as and when required.

Ensure proper documentation and procedure in transportation of material.

Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.

Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and cleanliness standards.

Coordinate with senior management or suppliers regarding orders, policies, and store performance.

Ensure orders are placed with suppliers on time.

Negotiate terms with vendors to secure favorable deals.

Ensure the store complies with health and safety laws.

Adhere to all local regulations and store policies.

Utilize store management software for efficient operations.

Perform audits to detect discrepancies in inventory and financial transactions.

These duties require leadership, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
