**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely restocking of inventory.
- Organize and oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain and update inventory records using the company’s software systems.
- Supervise and manage store personnel, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor store performance, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues.
- Generate and analyze store performance reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory and perform periodic stock audits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Store Incharge, Warehouse Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
