**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day housekeeping and maintenance operations across the college campus, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role involves managing housekeeping staff, overseeing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Staff Management**:

- Supervise housekeeping staff, custodians, and maintenance personnel.
- Assign daily tasks and schedules for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Train, evaluate, and provide guidance to the staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
- Address staff concerns and resolve issues to maintain a positive working environment.
- **Maintenance Oversight**:

- Inspect buildings, hostels, and campus facilities to ensure cleanliness and good repair.
- Identify maintenance needs such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and landscaping.
- Coordinate repair work with maintenance technicians or external contractors.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and track work orders.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials.
- Place orders for supplies as needed and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Manage equipment maintenance and report any damage or malfunctions.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are being met.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations, including proper disposal of waste and hazardous materials.
- Respond to and address any complaints or requests for cleaning or repairs in a timely manner.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety policies, fire regulations, and occupational health standards.
- Conduct safety training for staff.
- Report any hazards, injuries, or incidents and take preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on housekeeping and maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement operational procedures for housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Assist in the budget planning for housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Liaise with vendors and other departments to ensure seamless campus services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AT LEAST: 3 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh (required)
