housekeeping supervisor's job is to ensure that a facility is clean and well-maintained. They oversee the housekeeping department, manage staff, and ensure that cleaning standards are met. Responsibilities Inventory: Manage inventory levels and order supplies when needed Assign tasks: Assign housekeeping tasks to staff and inspect their work Plan cleaning programs: Plan occasional cleaning programs and ensure that all areas of the facility are clean Compliance and safety: Ensure that staff follow safety precautions and that the facility complies with health and safety standards Training: Train new staff members on cleaning and maintenance tasks, and on how to handle customer requests Customer service: Provide customer service training and address customer complaints Conflict resolution: Address conflicts and concerns within the housekeeping department Schedule shifts: Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements when staff are absent Housekeeping supervisors work in hospitals, hotels, and educational institutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
