**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, punctuality and adherence to quality standards in the given areas. The role involves training, scheduling, and supervising staff, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, industrial plants and common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning technique equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve Client’s complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet operational requirements.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, performance, and areas for improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and health standards in an Industrial plant.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and perform monitoring tasks for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
