**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise housekeeping staff, assign daily duties, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas regularly for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hotel standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Prepare shift schedules and manage attendance records.
- Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for seamless operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and scheduling.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and basic English

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
