Inside Sales Representative

**Job Role : Inside sales (In office)**
**Experience : 1-3 Yrs**
**Working days : 5 days Monday to Friday**
**Timings : 9:30AM-6:30PM**
**Work Location : BPTP Centra One Sector 61 Gurgaon**
**Key Duties**
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to client research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a B2B Process
- sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets would be an add on
- Strong desire and ability to move up within an organization
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and product.
- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
