**Position: Inside Sales Representative (Only for Females)**

**Location: Sector-14, Gurgaon (WFO)**

**Salary: up to 3 LPA**

**Experience: Fresher or upto 2 yrs experience in Inbound or OutBound calling**

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma/Graduate.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

**Salary**: ₹12,036.09 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 14, Gurgaon - 122001, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
