**Front Office R&R**

**Welcome Customers**

Front office executives greet everyone who enters. This action sets up a positive interaction that reflects well on the employer. Always have a smiling face.

**Provide Service**

Known for their helpfulness and knowledge of the facility and escort the people if required. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

**Answer Phones**

In addition to serving on-site guests, front office executives take care of incoming calls. They provide basic information, such as hours of operation or directions to the place, and direct other inquiries to the appropriate staff member.

**Help with Security**

Because they are positioned in the area where people arrive and leave, front office executives are well-stationed to be “eyes and ears” at the facility. They keep tabs on who is coming and going and report anything suspicious. To aid with safety, front desk executives may be in charge of things such as issuing badges, checking IDs, signing guests in and out, and unlocking the bathroom.

**General Office Upkeep**

Front office executives may be called upon to perform routine clerical and administrative jobs, such as sorting mail, filing, entering data, and signing for packages.

**Collecting Payment**

Issuing vendor's cheque payments that is received from Accounts, tracking and acknowledgement

**Update Contact numbers**

**Couriers, Packages**

Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

**Stationery/House keeping & Pantry Items**

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

**Report**

Keep updated records and files

**Petty Cash**

Monitor office expenses and costs

**Travel Desk**

Check for requisition from Admin Manager and share the available options, like Travel, Accommodation, Logistics. Keep track on the same

**Feedback**

Maintain Customer Feedback. Check for any Grievances

**Company Policy**

Check all employees if they are adhering to the Company policy like dress code, time, ID cards ,etc.

**Meeting Room**

Ensure the meeting room is always ready to use state. After every meeting the board room has to be cleaned, pushed the chairs back to its position, switch off the lights AC etc when not in use

**Cabin**

It is one's responsibility to keep his work area clean abd tidy. Ensure the cabin users to follow the same. Visitors chairs should be put back to its position after use.

**Visitors**

Do not make visitors wait for more than half an hour if they alreay have an appointment. If incase any delay is there, apologies and offer them some refreshments and inform the staff that they are waiting with an appointment.
