The role involves the creation of global purchase orders, supporting invoice clearance and approval.

The processing of purchase orders and invoices for vendors globally ensures that the processes are followed in accordance with SOX requirements.

**Your Impact**
- Management of contracts in Advanced Infrastructure (AI) environment (hardware, software, services). To include process improvement and workflows for Advanced Infrastructure.
- Responsible for the operation, administration and development of the AI service centers and for the procurement of software and hardware for AI.
- License and contract management using SRM, Ariba and Ariba CLM system.
- Obtaining and evaluating offers in preparation for ZBP review.
- Follow AGCO standards for orders and invoices in compliance with SOX controls.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Atleast three years of experience in technical purchasing, preferably in a SOX environment.
- Completed training as an IT management assistant, IT system management assistant or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge of common IT products and licensing models.
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
