**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: SAP Basis Administrator

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:
SAP Basis Administration:

- Perform day-to-day SAP Basis administration tasks, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage SAP system landscapes, client copies, transports, and system refreshes.
- Install, upgrade, and patch SAP systems as needed.

SAP S/4 HANA Expertise:

- Administer and support SAP S/4 HANA systems on Microsoft Azure.
- Implement and maintain S/4 HANA best practices for optimal performance.
- Handle system migrations and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition to new versions.

Azure Cloud Management:

- Configure, monitor, and optimize SAP environments running on Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with Azure architects and administrators to ensure the seamless integration of SAP systems with Azure services.

Security and Compliance:

- Implement and maintain security policies for SAP systems on Azure.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Work closely with the cybersecurity team to address any vulnerabilities.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams and end-users.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Documentation and Training:

- Maintain up-to-date documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior administrators and end-users as necessary.

Skill requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Basis Administrator with a focus on S/4 HANA.
- Hands-on experience managing SAP systems on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in SAP system installations, upgrades, and patching.
- Experience with SAP security concepts and compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
