Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable IT infrastructure solutions.**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Strong knowledge on HPE Green-lake Solutions and extremely good in analyzing Infrastructure environment using various tools such as Cloud Physics and Dell Live Optics.

**Storage Technology Management**:
Design and manage storage solutions, including Block, Object, NAS, and SAN technologies.

Implement and maintain backup solutions using Commvault, NetBackup, and Veeam to ensure data integrity and availability.

**Virtualization Expertise**:
Deployment and management of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Nutanix.

Manage the implementation and migration of virtualized environments, including V2V, V2P, and P2V transformations.

**Windows Server Administration**:
Ensure security and compliance of server environments.**Disaster Recovery Implementation**:
Implement disaster recovery solutions using technologies like VMware SRM, Zerto, and Veeam to minimize downtime and data loss.

Regularly test and update disaster recovery plans to ensure readiness.

**Networking and Security**:
Design and manage network infrastructures, including Cisco and HPE ARUBA switching and routing.

Configure and maintain load balancers (F5) and firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortigate) to ensure secure and efficient traffic management.

Implement and manage MPLS/VPN configurations (Mesh/Site-to-Site) within SD-WAN environments.**Migration and Modernization**:
Lead efforts to modernize infrastructure components, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies.

Design and support migration strategies for storage, server, virtualization, and network technologies.

**Technical Support and Documentation**:
Provide expert-level support for infrastructure issues, troubleshooting complex problems as they arise.

Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.**Technical Skills**:
Deep understanding of network architecture, virtualization, storage solutions, and security best practices.**Soft Skills**:
Ability to think strategically and architect solutions that drive long-term benefits for the IT landscape.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.

Leadership and mentoring experience, capable of guiding technical teams in implementing best practices and ensuring project success.

**Qualifications**:
BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)
