**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create efficient and accurate programs for VMC machines using **Autodesk PowerMill**:

- Set up and operate VMC machines to ensure high-precision output
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for optimal machining
- Collaborate with design and production teams to improve machining processes
- Conduct trial runs, inspect output, and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure timely production with mínimal downtime and quality rejections

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **VMC machine operations and tooling**:

- Expertise in **PowerMill CAM software** (mandatory)
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Familiarity with machining tolerances and GD&T
- Good knowledge of CNC controls and machine codes
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience with **SPM components** will be a significant advantage

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Mechanical or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in VMC programming and operations
- Prior experience in an **SPM manufacturing environment** is highly desirable

**Work Schedule**:

- **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
