**Job Title**:
VMC Machine CAM Programmer (Tool Room Applications)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize CAM programs for VMC machines to produce high-precision components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create efficient machining programs.
- Set up VMC machines, including tool selection, offsets, and fixture alignment.
- Conduct trial runs, inspect finished components, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure efficient and accurate production.
- Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setup sheets, and tooling information.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety guidelines and company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAM software
- Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
