**Position**: VMC Programmer.

**Experience Required**: 3 - 6 years (Freshers not eligible).

**Work Location**: Ambattur, Chennai.

**Working Hours**: 10 hours (Rotational Shift)

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and optimize **VMC programs** using **PowerMill** and related CAM software.
- Interpret and work from **engineering design drawings** to create accurate machining programs.
- Set up, operate, and monitor **VMC machines** to ensure precision and quality output.
- Perform **tool selection, offset settings, and machining parameter adjustments**.
- Ensure adherence to **quality standards** and minimize rejection/rework.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Maintain machine records, production logs, and follow all **safety protocols**.

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of **PowerMill CAM software**.
- Ability to **read and understand design/engineering drawings**.
- Good understanding of machining processes, tools, and fixtures.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts**.
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Qualification**
- Diploma / ITI / B.E in Mechanical or related field.
- Relevant experience of **3-6 years** in VMC programming (mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
