**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines using **PowerMILL** and **Mastercam**.
- Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining strategies for efficient and accurate part production.
- Perform test runs and troubleshoot programs to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to refine and improve machining processes.
- Maintain documentation of programs, setup sheets, and machining best practices.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all machining operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in VMC programming.
- Strong command of **PowerMILL** and **Mastercam** software.
- Good knowledge of machining processes, tool selection, and fixture design.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with multi-axis programming (3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis).
- Familiarity with CNC machine setup and operation.
- Exposure to CAM post-processor customization.
- Understanding of material behavior and cutting conditions for various metals and alloys.
