**Job Summary**:
A Front Desk Executive or Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for managing the front office, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a welcoming attitude to create a positive impression of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest & Client Handling**:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
- Assist guests with check-ins, appointments, or registrations as required.
- **Administrative & Office Support**:
- Maintain records, schedules, and appointment logs.
- Manage correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-presented.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Liaise with staff, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and conference room bookings.
- Provide information about company services, policies, and procedures.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:
- Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance records, and other relevant documentation.
- Manage basic invoicing, billing, or petty cash handling if required.
- **Customer Service & Problem-Solving**:
- Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently.
- Guide clients and visitors with accurate information and assistance.
- Handle emergencies or security concerns professionally.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
