Their investment & expertise range from Construction, Ownership & Management of diverse hospitality assets such as Hotels, Event Centres, Serviced & Residential Apartments

**About the Role**

Chat Support Associate will be in charge of providing live chat support on the Kipsu Platform for a Hilton hotel property

The associate will be expected to complete the routine messages for the day for all the guests checking into the hotel including, welcome messaging & promotional messages. On-job training will be provided

**KRAs**

**Chat Support**
- Use the real-time messaging app to engage and improve guest communication.
- Pre-arrival and welcome messaging: Send a welcome message when guests check-in or before arrival.
- Coordinate with the front desk team for any guest responses or lagging replies or special requests from guests.
- Confirm special requests or share hotel information in case required by the hotel team.
- Ensure that the messages including promotional messages to the guests go within the stipulated time frame every day.
- Send out any post-stay engagement messages if required.
- Collaborate with the shift team to ensure seamless services throughout the week

**Database & Information**
- Any other support function as required by the hotel/front desk team

**Required**:

- Excellent communication & comprehension skills
- Excellent comprehension & communication skills
- Multi-tasking abilities to support live chats for different sites as may be needed.
- Friendly and

**Preferable**:

- Experience in a Live Chat support role.
- Familiarity with the Hospitality industry (Fresh hotel management graduates/interns will be considered)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹330,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
