Job Description: NLP Coach and Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop NLP based courses and training programs that meet the needs of our clients and team mates
- Deliver high-quality training to our clients and team mates, both in-person and online
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team mates in the field of NLP, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge
- Work closely with our teams to identify training needs and develop training plans
- Continuously improve and update training content to ensure it is relevant and effective
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends, and integrate them into our training programs
- Collaborate with other trainers and coaches to share best practices and develop new training approaches

Key Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as an NLP Coach and Trainer
- Certification in NLP Coaching and Training
- Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in designing and delivering NLP courses and training programs
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team mates
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements
