**Job Brief**:This is an exciting opportunity for fresher’s and early-career professionals who are passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and building strong client relationships. The role requires handling customer queries over calls, ensuring smooth resolutions, and delivering an excellent service experience in a dynamic, supportive environment.
**Position** - Customer Support / Voice Process
**Location** -Wadgaon Sheri, Pune
**Experience**- 0 - 2 Years

**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with customers via phone.
- Resolve queries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
