**Background and Experience**:*
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, preferably 5+ years
- Strong track record of working with SMEs and corporate clients
- In-depth knowledge of the IT and electronics hardware industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
**Industry Knowledge**:*
- Familiarity with IT product rentals and leasing models
- Understanding of office automation products and services
- Up-to-date knowledge of current IT hardware trends and technologies
**Position**:* Key account manager-B2B Sales
**Primary Responsibilities**:*
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME and corporate sectors
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
- Provide expert advice on IT hardware solutions to clients
**Key Focus Areas**:*
1. **IT Product Rentals and Leasing**:*
- Promote and sell IT equipment rental and leasing solutions
- Educate clients on the benefits of renting/leasing vs. purchasing
2. **IT Hardware Sales**:*
- Sell a wide range of IT and office automation products
- Stay updated on product features and market trends
3. **IT Services**:*
- Upsell maintenance and support services to existing clients
- Identify opportunities for value-added services
**Target Markets**:*
- Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
- Large Corporations
- Potentially explore opportunities in specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, education)
**Performance Metrics**:*
- Sales revenue targets
- New client acquisition
- Client retention rates
- Upselling and cross-selling success

**Additional Requirements**:*
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
