Job Title: B2B Sales Associate
Location: Kolkata
**Salary**: 70,000 - 80,000 per month
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Qualifications: Any relevant associate degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential business clients to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Present products or services effectively to clients and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Result-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle B2B sales processes independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
