**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Customer Interaction and Support:
- o Resolve customer complaints or issues related to the loan process in a prompt and professional manner.
- 2. Sales Support:
- o Assist the sales team by calls and follow-ups with potential customers.
- o Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions and sales activities.
- o Maintain a database of customers, prospects, and lead details.
- o Coordinate the delivery of information and updates between the sales team and other departments.
- 3. Administrative Tasks:
- o Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including agreements, proposals, and reports.
- o Assist in organizing promotional activities and campaigns to generate new business.
- o Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions.
- 4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- o Work closely with the underwriting, operations, and legal teams to ensure the smooth processing of loans.
- o Communicate customer feedback and requirements to the relevant departments for improved service delivery.
- 5. Reporting and Analysis:
- o Assist in creating presentations and reports for senior management on sales progress and customer feedback.
- 6. Product Knowledge:
- o Keep updated with the latest housing finance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- o Provide accurate product information to both customers and the sales team to support business growth.
**Pre-Requisites**:
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.- Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in housing finance or financial services.- Skills:
- o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- o Customer-centric approach with a keen attention to detail.
